Athénaïs Béru Winemaker Dinner

Athénaïs Béru is the vigneron of Château de Béru, a property located between Chablis and Tonnerre that has been in her family for 400 years. She works alongside her mother, and now also her young daughter, recently seen strapped to her belly during harvest.  Since 2004, the domaine's 8 ha. have been farmed organically, and are now biodynamically farmed. Through her negociant label, she purchases fruit from neighboring properties, which encourages them to farm according to her strict environmental standards. We LOVE these wines. Not much of them come to California, and we always jump to secure what we can!

Which is why we are so excited to host Athénaïs herself for an intimate evening to celebrate her wines! On Monday February 26th, join us for 5 spectacular wines paired with a special, family-style meal of Valley seasonal classics. $175/person (before tax+grat). $10/person deposit required to reserve via the TOCK link below.
