We’re thrilled to be hosting Los Angeles’ Kismet co-chefs Sara Kramer and Sarah Hymanson, for an exclusive one-night only dinner collaboration to celebrate the release of their first cookbook, Kismet! You can expect a fresh, vegetable-forward, California-meets-Mediterranean menu, including some longtime Kismet fan-favorites + some collaborative new treats.
Sara and Sarah are the chefs and co-owners of the vegetable-loving Kismet and Kismet Rotisserie in Los Angeles. Along with many local and national accolades, the two were named Food & Wine Best New Chefs in 2017, were proclaimed Chefs of the Year by Eater LA, and Kismet was nominated for a James Beard Award for Best New Restaurant in 2018. In addition to being sustainability-minded regarding their sourcing and operations, they focus on creating inclusive spaces that serve their teams as well as the broader community.
Books will be available to purchase at the restaurant and Sara + Sarah will be on site to sign copies that evening!
