SON OF MAN X VALLEY ‘Etxeko’ CIDER LAUNCH PARTY

We’ve long been inspired by the singular, Basque-style ciders made by our friends over at Son of Man, and are excited to celebrate the launch of an exclusive new wild fermented cider crafted with Valley in mind!

We’ll be cracking open our new house blend as a part of the launch of their ‘Etxeko’ series, featuring collaborations in the tradition of the Basque sociedades gastronómicas annual partnerships with ciderhouses in the region. 

Join us for cider by the glass or bottle and Spanish-inspired specials from the Valley kitchen––plus, a porrón pour or two if you’re lucky.
