MONDAYS AL FORNO
On Monday nights for a limited time, the Valley kitchen will be firing up seasonal specials out of our friend and bread purveyor Adam Green’s wood-fired rig. Think rotating flatbreads, pizzas and pastas al forno, plus wood-fired meats and vegetables.
To sweeten the deal, Monday nights will also see special offerings by the glass, featuring some unique bottles in limited supply––the perfect opportunity to spin a special occasion out of a weeknight.
